Shipping + Returns
Freight Terms
We keep it simple with free freight on all standard orders over $300 (excluding GST) anywhere in New Zealand (excludes long lengths and bulky items, where we may have to pass on some on the charges incurred).
For orders under $300 we charge a flat rate shipping fee.
Same Business Day Dispatch
Orders must be received before 3pm
- Smaller orders are dispatched via NZ Couriers or Fastways and are normally delivered within 1-2 business days.
- Large orders are dispatched via Mainfreight or Toll and are delivered within 2-5 business days.
- A street address and contact phone number is required for delivery.
- Please note that same day dispatch only applies to products stocked at our main warehouse. Please allow an extra day for dispatch for items that are held in 3PL.
100/100 Return + Refund
- If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can return it to us within 100 days for a 100% refund (excluding shipping charges).
- We respect your competency when ordering but we all know that in our industry situations and designs can unexpectedly change. Rather than you be left with dead stock, we are happy to refund you the full purchase price providing you return the goods within 100 days in saleable condition.
