Freight Terms
North Island: minimum $9.90+GST freight charge per order.
South Island: minimum $35.90+GST freight charge per order.
For bulky products, products of 3 plus metres in length or products requiring hiab delivery, please contact us for freight costs.
Same Business Day Dispatch
Orders must be received before 3pm
Smaller orders are dispatched via NZ Couriers and are normally delivered within 1-2 business days.
Large orders are dispatched via Mainfreight or Booths and are delivered within 2-5 business days.
A street address and contact phone number is required for delivery.
Please note that same day dispatch only applies to products stocked at our main warehouse.
Returns
Products can be returned within 100 days, provided you return the goods in saleable condition. Restocking fees will apply.
