Ruakaka Energy Park
Our products feature in several of the buildings on-site at the Ruakaka Energy Park in Northland. The park will reduce the region's reliance on electricity generated further south, improving the electricity supply for New Zealand as a whole.

The Te Reiputa housing project by Simplicity Living features 297 one and two-bedroom apartments in Mt Wellington, Auckland.

Waikato Regional Theatre
The Waikato Regional Theatre has been a major infrastructure project for Hamilton, since construction began in 2021. The project has involved preserving and restoring the heritage facade of the old building and integrating this into a new, multi-million dollar events centre.

Waikato Adult Acute Mental Health Inpatient Facility
Construction is currently underway for a $115 million 64-bed mental health facility to replace the Henry Rongomau Bennett Centre at Waikato Hospital. The project is expected to be completed by February 2026. Equip Supply project images coming soon! Read more project details here.
Sime Darby - Ruakura Superhub
